Je regarde les différences de stockage de carbone entre différentes régions et niveaux trophiques
Utilisation de méthodes paléolimnologiques pour recontruire les impactes de l'eutrophications sur les systèmes aquatiques
J'évalue comment les pratiques d'utilisation du territoire influencent le taux d'eutrophication et leur effet combiné sur la fonction de l'écosystème (i.e., cycle des nutriments, transfert d'énergie, structure de la communauté)
Effets de la biodiversité et régularité sur le fonctionnement des écosystèmes entre les niveaux trophiques dans les communautés de placton pélagique
Je recherche les mécanismes derrière la réduction d'efficacité du transfert d'énergie entre les producteurs primaires et les herbivores dans les systèmes pélagiques en cours d'eutrophisation et comment l'efficacité d'utilisation des ressources est liée à la biodiversité et à la régularité entre les niveaux trophiques.
Utilisation de statistiques multivariées pour analyser des données environmentales et écologiques
J'utilise des techniques de statistiques multivariées pour visualiser et démêler des relations entre des données écologiques complexes et des gradients environnementaux.
